樹脂瓦專用超耐候ASA面膜擠出流延生產線是我司順應市場潮流，專門針對提高PVC樹脂瓦耐候性而設計制造的。ASA膜具有超強的耐候性、耐化學腐蝕、耐鹽霧、耐氧化、耐紫外線輻射、耐高溫、耐低溫、耐磨損等優點。

ASA膜與PVC樹脂瓦復合能充分保護下層的PVC樹脂瓦，延長PVC瓦的使用壽命；ASA膜與彩鋼瓦復合，可以解決彩鋼瓦易腐蝕生銹，褪色掉漆等問題；ASA膜與裝飾板復合作裝飾面膜，具有易清潔，耐酸堿，耐候性，環保無毒，耐磨耐刮表面硬度高等特點。

本生產線采用特殊的排氣式螺桿與微單拉工藝，可生產單層或多層厚度范圍0.05-0.25mm的ASA膜，產品厚度、顏色均勻，縱向抗撕強度高，卷取平整，可生產亮面與啞面ASA膜。

Adapting to the new macro-environment, ASA film extrusion line is sepcilally designed to improving the weather resistance of PVC resin tiles. ASA film is of super weather resistance, chemical resistance, salt mist resistance, oxidation resistance, ultraviolet radition resistance, high temprature resistance, low temperature resistance, and wear resistance properties and so on.

The compound of ASA film & PVC resin tiles can protect the tiles sufficently and prolong the product’s life. The compound of ASA film & steel tiles can solve the corrosion, rusting and color fading prolems. The compound of ASA film & decorative board is of acid resistance, weather resistance, environmental, non-toxic, and wear resistance and so on.

The machine adopts special exhaust screw and little mono strengthen technology, could produce single or multi layer ASA film with shinning and matte finish , the thickness from 0.05-0.25mm, uniform of product thickness and color, vertical tear resistance, even winding.
